Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Ely and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as helping with practical tasks like shopping and housework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
No prior experience in social care is required, but we do ask that you possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in this rewarding role.
