We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Thera East Anglia. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with a learning disability, providing person-centred support to enable them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals in their own homes, in the local community, and at our short breaks (respite) support
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement person-centred plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's wellbeing, behaviour, or circumstances
