Job Title: Ward Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced nurse to join our team as a Ward Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment
  • Participating fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertaking direct patient care
  • Managing the delivery of clinical services within a ward, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation
  • Providing supervision and support to staff working within the ward
  • Developing and progressing the staff working within the ward
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a first-level registered nurse with the NMC/registered with Social Work England/HCPC
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience working in mental health
  • Interest in quality improvement and patient-centered care
