About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Divisional HR Assistant to join our team in the Social Sciences Divisional Office. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service for divisional office staff and Heads of Administration from the Division's 15 departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new staff members
  • Manage the Division's Recruitment Protocol and various divisional schemes
  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee life-cycle, including new starter and leaver processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues in departments, the divisional office, and the wider University to deliver a high-quality HR service

Working Arrangements
