About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Development Specialist.

This role offers full sales cycle responsibility, from lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in prospecting and cold calling, with strong presentation skills and the ability to build and nurture strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
