Community Health Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Health Specialist to join our team in Nottingham. As a Community Health Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting healthy lifestyles and providing high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver community-based programs to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide expert advice, education, and management to patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Experience working in advanced practice as a physiotherapist or osteopath.
  • Certification from a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, GOsC, SST, or BASraT).
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • A generous holiday entitlement of up to 35 days plus bank holidays.
