Job Overview

About the Role

The Amber Valley 0-19 Team has been awarded Gold accreditation for their work with Families and Communities, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality health visiting services to families in the community by delivering the Healthy Child Programme.
  • To manage a defined caseload and take responsibility for safeguarding children issues within that caseload.
  • To assess individuals' needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care, ensuring evidence-based practice and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
