About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Commissioning Officer to play a key role in taking forward work on mental health services and advocacy. As part of our team, you will work closely with partners across the Integrated Care System and engage with people with lived experience of mental health services.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of commissioning principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in building relationships with various stakeholders, including service providers, colleagues, and individuals who draw on services.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also contribute to strategic reviews and develop contract management plans.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead on the development and implementation of mental health commissioning strategies
- To build strong relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders
- To analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement in mental health services

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or public administration

- Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
