Dental Care Specialist

Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dental care to patients with additional needs. As an Adult Social Care Officer, you will be responsible for working directly with patients to assess their dental needs and develop tailored care plans.

About the Position

This is a full-time permanent role based at Clifton Cornerstone Health Centre. However, the post holder may be required to cover other clinics across Nottinghamshire, including domiciliary care and epidemiological surveys. Peripatetic cover is essential, as you will be expected to visit all bases in the county.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dental treatment and preventative care to patients with additional needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' dental needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to address patients' specific needs.
