Rail Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Rail Operations Coordinator to join our team at Maritime Transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking trucks in and out, creating rail lists for train arrivals and departures
- Communicating with Reach Stacker drivers to ensure a seamless process
- Organising and directing traffic around the terminal via radio
- General administrative and customer service duties
- Assisting the team during busy periods
Requirements
- Experience of container terminal operations and planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience
- Valid driving licence
