About the Role


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Rail Operations Coordinator to join our team at Maritime Transport.


Key Responsibilities



  • Booking trucks in and out, creating rail lists for train arrivals and departures
  • Communicating with Reach Stacker drivers to ensure a seamless process
  • Organising and directing traffic around the terminal via radio
  • General administrative and customer service duties
  • Assisting the team during busy periods

Requirements



  • Experience of container terminal operations and planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Valid driving licence
