Remedicare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Support Specialist to join our care team. As a Senior Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans and organize and coordinate risk assessments
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Monitor and manage risk within the home
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care and professional development
- Able to offer staff benefits as well as support towards gaining higher qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a senior support worker
- Experience working with learning disabilities and mental health
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and mental capacity legislation
- NVQ in Health & Social Care desirable
What We Offer:
- 13ph & £55 per sleep in
