Job Title: Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Rapid Assessment and Support Team (RAIST), you will play a vital role in providing intensive support to children and young people aged 0-18 years.

About the Role:
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans for children and young people.
  • Provide enhanced risk assessments, safety planning, and community assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with junior staff to provide intensive support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Fully enhanced DBS check.
  • Community experience.
