We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care to our residents.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits including paid training and induction, pension scheme, employee development programs, generous holiday entitlement, free parking, and free uniform.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Senior Nurse Practitioner at our care home in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status, assisting in clinical decision-making and problem resolution.
  • Foster effective communication among healthcare team members and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered.
  • Experience working in a care home environment.
