About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled pharmacists to join our dynamic team in North Wales. As a clinical pharmacy specialist, you will be involved in patient care and contribute to treatment choices by being part of decision-making at the point of prescribing.

Our integrated clinical pharmacy and dispensary teams offer opportunities for career development and peer support. You will be able to develop a substantive portfolio of hospital experience and contribute to practice research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and effective clinical pharmacy service to allocated clinical areas.
  • Undertake professional clinical pharmacist's duties as per rota, including provision of on-call services.
  • Offer pharmaceutical advice and support within both primary and secondary care services as required.
  • Assist in providing clinical training and supervision of other pharmacy staff.
  • Be involved in the development and delivery of practice research projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical pharmacy principles.
  • Proficiency in electronic and manual information sources.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience working with direct patient contact (managed sector or community pharmacy).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Welsh language proficiency.

Remuneration: The estimated annual salary for this role is £52,500.
