About the Role

At Hunter AHP Resourcing, we are seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at a well-established NHS Hospital in North Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to provide specialist pharmaceutical services to cancer patients and contribute to improving outcomes for those affected by cancer.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care in oncology settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert advice and support on the safe use of oncology medications.
  • Collaborate with oncology consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment plans.
  • Support the development and delivery of clinical services within the oncology department.
