**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Bangor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Nurses who provide high-quality care to residents with dementia.

The salary for this role is £44,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and enhanced bank holiday rates. We also offer a range of benefits, including 5.6 weeks of annual leave, private healthcare access, and onsite car parking.

Key qualifications for this role include being a fully qualified General Nurse with Dementia Nursing experience, holding a valid NMC Pin, and having at least 6 months of Sister/Charge Nursing experience.
