Internal Sales and Business Growth Representative

We are a dynamic company with multiple sites, currently experiencing significant growth. We are looking for an Aquaculture Internal Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, building on our existing customer base and developing new relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [X] years' experience in sales and business development, preferably within the aquaculture industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
