About the Role

As a Pupil Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting one student who requires additional guidance and encouragement to succeed academically. You will build a positive and consistent relationship with this young person, demonstrating patience, resilience, and creativity.

Working closely with our small, supportive education team, you will contribute to delivering specialised education to the highest standards. At Falkland House School, we pride ourselves on our ability to have a profound impact on the lives of our students through our consistent approaches to education and care.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Desirable: Relevant qualifications at SCQF level 4/5 or above

Falkland House School is an independent residential and day school for boys from primary to aged 18 years, providing a range of Additional Support Needs primarily Autistic Spectrum Condition.
