Support Worker Specialist

At Real Life Options, we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks, including financial management, personal care, and domestic support. They will also have the opportunity to spend time in the community, engaging in activities such as gym sessions, swimming, and using public transport.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has strong values such as respect, honesty, and responsibility. The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the chance to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will be part of a close-knit team that is committed to providing exceptional support to our service users.
