Job Description: Educational Support Specialist

Centreforequalities seeks a highly motivated and compassionate Educational Support Specialist to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide individualized support to pupils with complex needs, facilitating their engagement and participation in educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to pupils, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Participate in lunchtime clubs and learning support sessions, engaging with pupils and promoting social interaction.

Requirements:
  • HNC Childhood Practice or equivalent, with experience in supporting children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
