**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to students with diverse needs. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering the growth and learning of our students.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support to three students with complex needs, including visual impairment, Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) support, and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
- Work in collaboration with teachers to develop personalized learning plans.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
**Requirements:**
- Qualifications and experience in teaching or related field.
- Nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
**Salary Range:** £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
