Responsibilities:
  • Assist students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning experience.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress, ensuring each student receives tailored support.
  • Work closely with students to develop strategies that promote independence, confidence, and academic growth.
Requirements:
  • A relevant associate's degree or certification in Special Education.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
