About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive school in Islington, London. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to children with diverse needs, including Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) programmes and individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with complex needs, assist in implementing SALT programmes, and work closely with teachers and the SENCO to develop IEPs. You will also maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need relevant SEN qualifications or substantial experience, expertise in working with children with speech, language, SEMH, or ASC needs, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to be proactive, patient, and adaptable in your approach. A valid DBS check is required.
