Role Overview: SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a welcoming primary school in Islington, London. As a key member of the SEND Unit, you will provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and staff to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in KS1 and KS2, utilizing your expertise to meet individual learning needs.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to engage pupils and promote progress in their learning.
* Work within the school's SEND Unit, supporting pupils with special educational needs.

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND in a classroom setting.
* Compassionate and patient approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.

**Benefits:**
* Competitive pay rate: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience), with a pay rise after 12 weeks.
* Long-term, full-time contract (Monday to Friday, 08:30 am-4:00 pm).
