HR Data Insights and Rewards Manager

The HR Data Insights and Rewards Manager will report directly to the Corporate Director of HR Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR specialists, providing mentorship and professional development, and fostering a collaborative environment to meet team and organisational goals.

- Data Analytics & Reporting: Design and develop workforce and reward analyses, use data analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders, maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and own the Remuneration and Staff Report for the company's Annual Accounts.
- Pay and Reward: Update and maintain job architecture and pay ranges, lead the annual pay review process and manage compensation strategies, and oversee benefits contracts and provisions.
- HR Systems and Technology: Advance HR systems, focusing on digital transformation, configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and security, and manage HR system integrations with other business systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor on HR data, insight, and pay and reward matters, and communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Data Literacy: High levels of data literacy with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience: Significant experience in data visualisation, analytics, and workforce planning tools.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills are essential; Power BI development is desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
- Communication: Ability to translate analytical requirements into actionable criteria, experience in developing workforce and pay models, and capability to provide technical pay and reward advice.
- Technical Expertise: Technical expertise or aptitude to lead on integrations between HR, IT, and Finance.

At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work.
The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered.
If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
