Job Overview

The HR Data Insights and Rewards Manager will report directly to the Corporate Director of HR Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR specialists, providing mentorship and professional development, and overseeing the design and development of workforce and reward analyses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop workforce and reward analyses to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data, including the Remuneration and Staff Report for the company's Annual Accounts.
  • Lead the annual pay review process and manage compensation strategies.
  • Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and security, and manage HR system integrations with other business systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor on HR data, insight, and pay and reward matters, and communicate complex data insights effectively.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate high levels of data literacy with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, significant experience in data visualisation, analytics, and workforce planning tools, and technical expertise or aptitude to lead on integrations between HR, IT, and Finance.
