M&E Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented M&E Administrator to join our team in Chatham. As a key member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Log customer calls and job requests via telephone and portal
- Ensure jobs are logged accurately and escalated in a timely manner to achieve SLAs
- Maintain and update simPRO system
- Liaise with Engineers, Contract team, Subcontractors, and Customers on job status
- Manage fluctuating workloads in Shared Outlook mailbox
- Promptly investigate customer queries and provide feedback
- Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times
- Closing PPM jobs
- Raising supplier and sub-contractor purchase orders
- General Administration duties
- Experience of working on a Helpdesk in an FM/Facilities environment
- Proficient with MS Office and experience with simPRO would be advantageous although full training is given
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills (Verbal & Written English essential)
- Ability to prioritize multi-task while working under pressure
- Flexible Team player approach with a “Can do” attitude at all times
