Your role as the Administration Associate is to assist the Client Gateway Relationship Manager to deliver a customer-focused frontline support for all relationship queries from the Member’s Agent and DCPs. As well as to support by collating and presenting data on trends and insights for Member Services’ clients.

Principal Accountabilities as the Administration Associate

Build and maintain effective relationships with Member’ Agents, DCPs and/or their advisors by working collaboratively with the Client Gateway Relationship Manager to understand the client’s needs, requirements and delivering solutions

To ensure all queries are channelled to the relevant internal teams within Member Services and/or other Lloyd’s Departments and responded to within the agreed SLA, monitoring responses until resolution

To have a in depth understanding on all queries raised by Members’ Agents, Members and Third Parties ensuring all customer contact is recorded and actioned within service standard

Working closely with the Client Gateway Relationship Manager to ensure resolution of all challenges, complaints and complex situations such as FAL re-arrangements, member sale and purchases and corporate member mergers

To support and provide assistance with key market education and promotion of Member Services’ products and services

To assist with the design and develop literature for publication to external stakeholders

Work collaboratively with the rest of the Member Services’ team to deliver a customer-centric service to clients by sharing trends, feedback and insights to the team

Assist the Client Gateway Relationship Manager to facilitate new members and Third-Party Capital Providers through the onboarding process to ensure timely onboarding process

To support the process for onboarding and management of new Investment Managers/Stockbrokers who wish to sign into Lloyd’s Master Agreement through the onboarding process and liaising with MS business teams to ensure their experience is seamless from their first contact to trading for their Members

Assist in the governance of the rules and Lloyd’s policy, ensuring the M&URs and supporting Guidance Notes are followed and maintained

Implement the delivery of best practice operational efficiency and effectiveness in MS

Ensure that structures, tools, processes and procedures are working effectively in MS, so that the day to day operations are effective and things get done

Skills required of the Administration Associate

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both oral and written including ability to present to a variety of audiences

Strong organisational skills

Ability to provide pragmatic, risk based solutions, taking the needs of a variety of stakeholders into account

Proficient IT Skills to include SharePoint, Microsoft Office word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
