About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Guest Experience to join our team at Dakota Newcastle. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring that their stay with us is enjoyable and stress-free.
- Work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage the valet parking service, ensuring that guest cars are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and attractions, providing guests with insider knowledge and recommendations.
- Lead and manage a team of concierges, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback, making recommendations for improvements to our services and facilities.
