Office Administrator

We are seeking an Admin Support and Customer Service professional to join our team at Optima Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls to clients to book appointments and gathering information
- Scheduling surveys with estate agents and surveyors
- Preparing and sending reports to clients
- Coordinating telephone consultations between clients and surveyors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills
What We Offer:
- Based in Chessington
- Up to £25,000
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Free parking onsite
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
