Boutique Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Kenyon International Emergency Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand our business.
About the Role:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate business growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Travel nationally and internationally to meet with clients and partners, as required.
