We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at eRecruitSmart. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and business success by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expert knowledge to guide and support customers with their furniture and interior purchases
- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat, as well as face-to-face interactions within the showroom
- Follow up on existing leads generated through website inquiries and non-complete orders
- Make outbound calls to follow up on swatch requests
- Respond to incoming online chat and social media messages
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Listen to customer requirements and recommend solutions to meet their needs
- Challenge any objections to secure sales
- Provide accurate and rapid cost calculations and offer customers precise price information
About the Role:
In this role, you will work Monday to Friday, with two weekends per month, and two days off during the week when working weekends. If you are scheduled to work a bank holiday, you will receive the time back in lieu. Benefits include:
- A salary of circa £26,000 per annum, with commission of up to £12,000 OTE (uncapped)
- 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrable experience in proactively building customer relationships through presentations and emphasizing excellence
- A track record of hitting and exceeding targets, as well as motivating and leading others to do the same
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Good level of education
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- People management skills
- A confident and determined approach
- Self-motivated with a sales drive and high levels of energy
- The ability to work independently
