Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our dynamic front office team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
