As a Guest Services Reservations Specialist, you should remain composed under pressure, possess an exceptional telephone demeanor, and be capable of multitasking effectively.
Given that many reservations are processed online, proficiency in various IT systems is essential, along with adaptability and a positive approach to challenges.
A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are crucial. While prior experience in a similar position is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided.
