Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at Aztec Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring seamless communication, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations Management: Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest requests.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the reservations team to achieve sales targets, contribute to a positive and productive work environment, and support the overall goals of the hotel.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT systems, including online booking systems and other software applications.
