Resort and Cruise Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Resort and Cruise Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their cruise travel plans, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cruise Package Planning: Assist clients with selecting and booking cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, and travel insurance.
  • Cruise Information Provision: Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, and cabin options.
  • Client Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Travel Package Customization: Customize travel packages to meet clients' specific needs and preferences.
  • Booking Management: Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the cruise.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
  • Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role.
  • Cruise Knowledge: Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using reservation systems and CRM software.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for Travel: Passion for travel and providing outstanding customer service.
