Operating Theatre Lead for First Opinion Practice

Job Description: As a Senior Theatre Nurse at Vetisco's first opinion small animal hospital, you will be responsible for leading the theatre team to deliver high-quality patient care and drive forward clinical standards. You will work closely with the surgical team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the theatre and support student nurses with their training.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing, with experience in theatre practice and a passion for delivering exceptional client and patient care. They will be confident in their ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
About Vetisco: Our hospital has RCVS Tier 3 status and offers a range of facilities, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and microsurgical equipment. We have a team of 17 vets, including certificate holders in small animal surgery and ophthalmology.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is up to £30,500 DOE, inclusive of a relocation allowance of up to £2,000. We also offer private medical insurance, employee assistance programme, enhanced family-friendly policies, and opportunities for professional development.
