Senior Theatre Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Nurse to join our team at IVC Evidensia in Newbury, West Berkshire. As a Senior Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of small animal theatre practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, excellent infection control, and positive outcomes for patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing, with experience in theatre operations and patient care. You will be an RCVS registered RVN with confidence in all areas of veterinary nursing, and have a desire to drive forward clinical standards and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of small animal theatre practice
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running, excellent infection control, and positive outcomes for patients
- Support student nurses at different stages of their training with anaesthesia and theatre practice
