The Customer Success Advocate role at ServiceNow is a key position that requires a strong advocate for our customers. As a portfolio manager, you will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of the ServiceNow products they have purchased through prescriptive guidance.

You will bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals. This includes identifying criteria for assisting customers using Artificial Intelligence in the Impact Digital Experience, promoting ServiceNow customer success stories and processes, ensuring customers obtain maximum value from their ServiceNow investment, and working with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increased footprint.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing independent comprehensive services to customers
  • Resolving issues through analysis and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and usage
  • Developing and implementing strategies to help customers achieve business outcomes

Requirements for this role include 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support, ability to provide independent comprehensive services, experience resolving issues through analysis, and ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.

This is a full-time position that requires regular office attendance in Staines, UK.
