About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong telecom domain and industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of customer service management and customer self-service processes
  • Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term value
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
