As a key member of the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic partnerships and account management. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong telecom domain and industry knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service management and customer self-service processes
- Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
