Customer Success Manager

About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customers to help them achieve their business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of our products.
Your key responsibilities
- Oversight of customer outcomes engagement to understand each customer's needs and challenges
- Technical health and product version management for customers
- Criteria identification for assisting customers using AI in the Impact Digital Experience
- Promotion of ServiceNow customer success stories and processes
- Ensuring customers obtain maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and license utilization
- Collaboration with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increased footprint
- Escalated client issue resolution using company resources
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer professional services or related business support
- Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
- Issue resolution through analysis experience
- Collaborative work experience
- ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus
- Expectation to come into our office in Staines 2-3 times a week
