Customer Success Advocate

At ServiceNow, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business outcomes and maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of customers to provide prescriptive guidance and support in achieving business outcomes.
- Act as an advocate for our customers, fostering greater adoption and usage of ServiceNow products.
- Work closely with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase the customer's footprint.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure customers obtain maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses effectively.
- Collaborate with customers to identify criteria for assisting them using Artificial Intelligence in the Impact Digital Experience.
- Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes to drive adoption and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
- Ability to provide independent comprehensive services and resolve issues through analysis.
- ServiceNow accreditations or certifications are a plus.
- Expectation to come into our office in Staines 2-3 times a week.
