Customer Success Manager

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes and fostering greater adoption and usage of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve their goals and maximize their ServiceNow investment.
  • Provide prescriptive guidance and support to customers to ensure they're getting the most out of our products.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase our footprint.
  • Identify opportunities to promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide comprehensive services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
