Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business outcomes and maximize the value from their ServiceNow investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide prescriptive guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product, and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and increase footprint.
  • Work collaboratively with ServiceNow teams to promote customer success stories and processes, and ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services and resolve issues through analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively and providing excellent customer service.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
