Job Description

As a key member of the ServiceNow Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their ServiceNow investment. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with customers, understand their business needs, and develop tailored strategies to drive adoption, consumption, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer challenges, and provide solutions to drive growth and adoption.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints with customers to review progress, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for customers to maximize their ServiceNow investment, and provide education on available resources.
  • Work closely with the account team to manage customer relationships, and ensure seamless handoffs and knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consultative, strategic, and analytical environment.
  • Proven track record of driving complex issues through analysis and resolution, and a passion for building trusted relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Experience managing projects, and a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • ServiceNow product knowledge and/or experience in an IT (SaaS) industry/environment.
  • Right to work in the UK.
