Customer Success Manager

At ServiceNow, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their business goals. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption and usage of ServiceNow products.
  • Bring ServiceNow's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Identify criteria for assisting customers using Artificial Intelligence in the Impact Digital Experience.
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes.
  • Ensure customers obtain maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and use their licenses.
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase footprint.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
  • Expectation to come into our office in Staines 2-3 times a week.
