Role Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Neonatal Consultant to join our team at University Hospital Lewisham. The successful candidate will provide specialist care for children on the UHL site in neonatal paediatrics, including treatment and management duties as per the job plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with Trust principles.
  2. Contribute to the development of clinical and organisational protocols.
  3. Assist in the development of the Annual Service Plan and participate in strategic planning.
  4. Collaborate with existing consultants to deliver a level 2 neonatal service.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to register with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Hold a license to practice as a consultant in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
