About the Job

We are looking for a specialist with experience in tertiary neonatal medicine, MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical qualifications, full GMC registration, and a CCT in Paediatrics (Neonatal Medicine) or equivalent experience on the GMC's Specialist Register. Ideally, candidates should have MRCPH or equivalent, PhD, MD, or other Higher degree, demonstrating a strong understanding of Good Medical Practice.

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. They must be willing to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive working environment. A special interest in complex surgical neonates would be beneficial, along with evidence of leadership skills and the ability to act as a role model.
