Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 nurse with neonatal experience to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide continuing care to patients from admission to discharge, working independently and at times without direct supervision.
  • To be a safe and effective practitioner able to provide high-quality nursing care to patients and support to relatives.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) or RN Child/Adult Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Good understanding of the NMC code of Professional Conduct.
  • Experience of working in adult critical care; emergency department; cardiac intensive care.
  • Experience in neonatal or pediatric nursing.
  • Specialist neonatal qualification (formally ENB 405).
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,964 - £43,780 per annum, including a cost-of-living allowance. The trust offers a range of benefits, including annual leave entitlement and pension scheme.
