We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at a patient-centred charity with an on-site café/restaurant near Woking, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a range of hot and cold food options, including sandwiches, jacket potatoes, omelettes, and curries.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to ensure efficient stock rotation and minimize food waste.
- Monitor all aspects of the service to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development of effective processes and procedures to enhance the service offering.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure policies and procedures are updated and adhered to.

This Chef position involves working 37.5 hours per week, 5/7 days, with at least every other weekend off. The successful candidate will work a shift between 7am and 7pm.
